Shared Hosting

What happens if I exceed my storage or bandwidth?

We'll notify you when you hit 80% capacity. You can upgrade to a larger plan anytime with zero downtime. No overage fees, no throttling, no surprise charges. If you're consistently near your limit, we'll recommend the right plan, never upsell you something you don't need.

Can I upgrade to Managed WordPress or VPS later?

Yes, and we handle the migration for free. Your site, your data, your settings, all moved seamlessly. Most upgrades complete in under 30 minutes. Your price locks in at the new plan's rate, and if you qualified for the founder's rate originally, you keep founder's pricing on the upgrade too. See our VPS plans if you need dedicated resources.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

30 days, no questions asked. If you're not happy, we refund every penny and help you migrate to your new host. We don't make it hard to leave. We make it hard to want to.

How do I migrate my existing site?

Open a ticket, provide your old host's login credentials, and we handle the rest. Most migrations complete within 24 hours. We verify everything works: emails load, forms submit, images display, before we call it done. If your old host makes it difficult, we fight that battle for you.

What's the difference between shared hosting and Managed WordPress?

Shared hosting: your site lives on a server with other customers, sharing resources. It's affordable and reliable for most sites. Managed WordPress: your site gets its own dedicated VPS container with guaranteed resources, automatic updates, staging, and premium caching. Think of it as an apartment versus your own house. Both are fine: one just has more room and no neighbors.

2

Managed WordPress

Do you handle plugin and theme updates?

Yes. WordPress core, themes, and plugins update automatically after we test them in staging. If an update is known to be problematic, we delay it and notify you. You can opt out of auto-updates for specific plugins if needed. We don't blindly click "update all". We verify compatibility first.

What if my site gets hacked?

We clean it. Free. Our daily malware scans catch most issues before they become problems. If something slips through, we restore from a clean backup, patch the vulnerability, and harden your site. We then tell you exactly what happened and how we prevented it from happening again. You don't pay extra for security incidents. Our managed WordPress plans include all of this out of the box.

Can I use any WordPress plugin?

Almost any. We block known-bad plugins: outdated security scanners, resource hogs, abandoned projects with unpatched vulnerabilities. If you need a plugin we don't allow, we'll explain why and suggest alternatives. We're not arbitrary; we're protective. Your site's stability matters more than your curiosity.

How is staging different from the live site?

Staging is an exact clone of your live site where you can test changes without risk. Update plugins, try new themes, edit content, break things if you want. When you're happy, push to live with one click. Your visitors never see your experiments. Think of it as a dress rehearsal before opening night.

Do you support WooCommerce?

Yes. Our Growth and Business plans are optimized for WooCommerce with dedicated resources, Redis caching for product queries, and staging that includes your store data. We also help with payment gateway setup, SSL configuration for PCI compliance, and performance tuning for checkout flows. We've run e-commerce sites ourselves. We know what breaks and how to prevent it.

3

VPS Hosting

Do I need technical knowledge to use a managed VPS?

No. We handle the server. You handle your website. If you want root access to install custom software, you can have it. If you never want to see a terminal, you never have to. Most of our customers start hands-off and gradually take more control as they learn. We're here to teach, not judge.

Can I install any software I want?

Yes, within reason. You have root access. Install Node.js, Python, Docker, whatever your application needs. We don't restrict your stack. We do reserve the right to intervene if something compromises server security, like an outdated mail server or exposed database. We'll explain why and help you fix it, not just shut you down.

What happens if my VPS goes down?

Our monitoring alerts us within 60 seconds. We investigate immediately, usually before you notice. If it's a hardware issue, we migrate you to new infrastructure. If it's software, we fix it. You get an email when it's resolved with an explanation of what happened and what we did to prevent recurrence. We don't hide outages; we explain them.

How quickly can you provision a new VPS?

Typically 2–4 hours from order to ready-to-use. That includes OS installation, security hardening, firewall configuration, monitoring setup, and your welcome email with login details. Complex custom configurations might take up to 24 hours. We don't rush security to hit an arbitrary "instant" promise.

Can I upgrade my VPS resources without downtime?

Yes. We can migrate you to a larger server with minimal downtime, usually under 5 minutes. Your data, your settings, your IP address (if desired), all preserved. We schedule it during your low-traffic hours and notify you before and after. No surprise reboots, no lost data.

4

Domain Registration

Is domain privacy really free?

Yes. ICANN requires domain owners to provide contact information, which becomes publicly visible in the WHOIS database. Privacy protection masks this with our information. Other registrars charge $10–15 per year for this basic protection. We absorb the cost because your privacy shouldn't be a profit center.

How long does a transfer take?

Typically 5–7 days, depending on the losing registrar. We initiate it immediately, provide you the authorization code, and monitor progress. Some registrars release faster if you request expedited transfer. We don't drag our feet. We want your business, not your domain hostage.

Can I register a domain without buying hosting?

Absolutely. We don't force bundles. Register your domain, point it anywhere, transfer it anytime. But if you do host with us, we handle the DNS setup for free and your domain renews at cost plus our small markup. No surprise price jumps.

What happens if I forget to renew?

We notify you at 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before expiration. If auto-renewal is enabled, it renews automatically at the same price. If not, you have a 30-day grace period to renew at standard price. After that, it enters redemption (expensive) and eventually drops. We do everything possible to prevent accidental loss, including calling you if emails bounce.

Do you support international domains?

Yes. .com, .net, .org, .io, .co, and most country-code TLDs. Contact us for specific TLDs. If we can register it, we will. If not, we'll tell you where to get it honestly. We don't pretend to offer TLDs we can't actually deliver.

5

Web Design

How long does a typical website take?

Single-page sites: 1 to 2 weeks. Small business sites (5 to 10 pages): 3 to 4 weeks. E-commerce: 4 to 6 weeks. Complex custom builds: 8 to 12 weeks. We give you a timeline before we start and update you weekly. If something is taking longer than expected, we tell you why before you have to ask. View our web design process to see how we scope every project.

Do I own the website once it's built?

Yes. You own the design, the code, the content, everything. We don't hold your site hostage. If you ever want to move to another host or developer, we help you migrate. No proprietary lock-in, no encrypted code, no "enterprise license" nonsense.

Can I update the website myself?

If we build it on WordPress, yes. We include a training session where we walk you through adding pages, editing content, swapping images. We record the session so you can rewatch it. If it's a static build, minor updates are free for 30 days; larger changes are quoted separately. We're always here if you get stuck.

What if I don't like the design?

We show you wireframes before visual design, and high-fidelity mockups before development. Two rounds of revisions at each stage. If you're genuinely unhappy after that, we'll discuss a refund or partial credit. But this rarely happens because we talk before we design. We don't guess what you want.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance?

Yes. 30 days included post-launch. After that, we offer monthly maintenance retainers ($200–500/mo depending on complexity) that include updates, backups, security monitoring, and small content changes. Hosting customers get priority rates. Think of it as insurance for your website.

6

Web App Development

What technology stack do you use for web applications?

We build with modern, high-performance frameworks like Astro, Next.js, React, Vue, and Node.js. We avoid bloated legacy systems in favor of clean, decoupled architectures. If your project requires a specific stack (like Python/Django or Go), we have the expertise to build it right. We choose the best tool for your specific business logic, not just what's trendy.

Who owns the source code when the app is finished?

You do. 100%. Once the final invoice is paid, the entire Git repository, database schemas, and documentation are transferred to your ownership. We don't hold your IP hostage, and we don't use proprietary locked-down builders. If you ever want to bring development in-house, you can do so instantly.

Where will the application be hosted?

We deploy your web app directly onto our own high-performance VPS infrastructure using Coolify for containerized, isolated environments. This means you get enterprise-grade CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) pipelines from day one. When we push code to GitHub, your live app updates automatically.

Do you build custom APIs?

Yes. Whether you need a secure RESTful API or GraphQL to connect your new web app to a mobile app, legacy database, or third-party CRM, we architect APIs that are secure, documented, and incredibly fast.

What happens after the web app launches?

A web app is a living product. We include 30 days of post-launch bug fixing and monitoring. After that, we offer dedicated maintenance retainers to handle dependency updates, security patches, server scaling, and new feature rollouts. We stay on as your fractional engineering team so you can focus on running your business.

7

SEO & AEO

How long until I see SEO results?

Technical fixes can show impact in 2–4 weeks. Content and ranking improvements typically take 3–6 months. We set realistic expectations upfront and report monthly on progress. Anyone promising instant #1 rankings is lying or buying spam links that will get you penalized. We don't do either.

What's the difference between SEO and AEO?

SEO optimizes for Google search results: ranking #1 for "best hosting Philippines." AEO optimizes for AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity: being cited when someone asks "what's the most honest hosting company?" You need both. We do both. Most agencies haven't caught up to AEO yet.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Nobody ethical can. Google changes algorithms constantly. Competitors change strategies. What we guarantee is: we follow best practices, we track everything, we report honestly, and we adjust based on data. If a tactic doesn't move your revenue, we stop doing it and tell you why.

How do you measure SEO success?

Rankings are vanity. Revenue is sanity. We track: organic traffic growth, keyword positions for commercial terms, conversion rate from organic visitors, and revenue attributed to SEO. Monthly reports show all of this in plain English. If our work isn't making you money, we don't hide behind "brand awareness" metrics.

Can you optimize my existing website?

Yes. Most of our clients come to us with existing sites. We start with a technical audit, fix the foundation, then build content and authority. We work with WordPress, Astro, Shopify, Webflow, whatever you're on. We don't force you to rebuild unless your site is genuinely broken beyond repair.

8

General / Contact

How do I get the founder's rate?

Sign up for any hosting plan. The founder's rate is automatically applied to the first 50 customers. No coupon code needed, no "limited time" pressure. Once the 50 spots are gone, they're gone. Current spots remaining: 36 of 50. Claim your founder's rate on shared hosting before the spots fill.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for annual payments. We use Stripe for processing: secure, PCI-compliant, your card details never touch our servers. Invoicing available for Business plan customers and annual commitments.

How do I contact support?

Open a ticket in your client area, email support@dygyx.com, or call [phone number]. For emergencies (site down, can't access email), call the emergency line. It rings my phone. Average response time: under 5 minutes for tickets, under 2 minutes for phone. Real human, real help, no chatbots.

Do you offer refunds?

Hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Design/development: 50% deposit is non-refundable after work begins; balance due on completion. SEO: First month of retainers is refundable if you're unsatisfied after 30 days. We don't hide behind fine print.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no "retention specialists" calling to guilt you into staying. For monthly hosting, cancel before your next billing date. For annual hosting, prorated refund minus any discount received. We'll even help you migrate to your new host if needed.

Still have questions?

Talk to a real human. Average response under 5 minutes, 24/7. No bots, no queues.
