Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated:
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Dygyx services, which are operated by Antares Digital Services LLC, Delaware, USA. By using them, you agree to follow it. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and isn't permitted on Dygyx services. It exists to keep our network dependable for everyone — and to protect the people and businesses who rely on it. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and is enforced by Antares Digital Services LLC.
2. Prohibited activity
You may not use Dygyx services to:
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious software.
- Send unsolicited bulk email or engage in phishing or other fraud.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
- Host unlawful content, including content that exploits or harms minors.
- Launch or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, scanning, or other hostile network activity.
- Operate a service whose primary purpose is to circumvent the law or the rights of others.
3. VPS & dedicated resources
VPS plans grant full root access. That freedom is yours to use, but resource-intensive workloads must stay within your allocated CPU, RAM, and storage. Sustained, disproportionate consumption that degrades the host node may be rate-limited or, after notice, suspended.
4. Email & sending
All outbound email must follow honest sending practices: valid SPF/DKIM/DMARC where applicable, a real unsubscribe path for any bulk send, and consent from recipients. Spam of any kind is prohibited. We may disable outbound port 25 on accounts where abuse is detected.
5. Security responsibility
Keep your software patched and credentials secure. On managed services we handle updates where the plan includes it; on VPS and self-managed services, security hardening is your responsibility (and we're glad to help — just ask).
6. Reporting abuse
To report abuse originating from a Dygyx service, email abuse@dygyx.com with logs and details. We investigate every credible report.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. For serious abuse we act immediately; for minor issues we reach out first whenever it is safe to do so. We don't use takedowns as a sales tactic.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time as new threats and abusive behaviors emerge.
