Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account, purchasing a hosting plan, or using any Dygyx service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms form a binding contract between you and Antares Digital Services LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the company that operates the Dygyx brand and website.

2. The Lifetime Price Lock Guarantee

The recurring rate you commit to at sign-up for a qualifying hosting plan will not increase for the life of that account, as long as the account remains in good standing. This is the Lifetime Price Lock Guarantee. It applies to the plan and billing cycle you selected.

The guarantee does not cover add-ons you opt into later, one-time services (such as web design or migration work), or upgrades you request that move you to a different plan tier. Add-ons and upgrades are priced separately and agreed to before any charge.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@dygyx.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Billing & renewals

Hosting plans renew automatically on the cycle you selected (monthly, annual, or otherwise) until you cancel. Your renewal price is the rate you locked at sign-up and will not increase. Authorized fees for add-ons or upgrades appear clearly before you confirm them. All billing is processed by Antares Digital Services LLC.

Failed payments may result in account suspension. We provide notice before any service interruption and never use automatic downtime as a sales tactic.

5. Refunds & the Founder's Rate

New hosting accounts may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, no questions asked. Renewals are not refundable beyond this window except where required by law. Founder's Rate pricing is a limited, first-50-customer offer and is not transferable between accounts.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of Dygyx services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Activity that harms our network, other customers, or third parties may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Service & uptime

We target 99.9% uptime. We actively monitor performance and will personally notify you before things slow down. If we need to move you to a larger plan to handle growth, we do so with zero downtime and no hidden migration fees.

Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and, where possible, performed outside business hours.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations, non-payment, or activity that threatens our network. Where it is safe and legal to do so, we provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees accrued up to that date.

9. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you host with us. We claim no ownership of your data. By using our services, you grant us the limited permission needed to store, back up, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. "Dygyx" is a brand of Antares Digital Services LLC.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antares Digital Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in advance. The Lifetime Price Lock Guarantee in your active agreement is never reduced by a future change to these terms.
